I am wondering what number is correct about a number of processes in container. On HN i run vzlist and it display 164 processes in container. Then in container I run "ps aux | wc -l" and I get 60. top also indicate 58-60 processes. What number is correct? How about numproc accounting?

uname -a
Linux <serverhost> 2.6.18-20-ovz-686-pae #1 SMP Mon Nov 9 23:06:15 UTC 2009 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

ps in newer distros doesn't count threads, while vzlist does. Check man ps for details, search for threads.
