I've read that OpenVz was successfully ported to ARM and used on a gumstix overo. I would like to use OpenVZ on a Sheevaplug ( http://www.marvell.com/products/embedded_processors/kirkwood /plugcomputer.jsp). Is this possible?

In theory, yes (but you have to do some manual patching and building). In practice, I haven't tried it, since I don't have the hardware.

Nice to hear that it is possible!

Are you (or anybody) interested in helping me? I've limited knowledge of linux and C, but it would be nice if I could get this up and running. I also think that more people will be interested in OpenVZ on an ARM architecture.

Here's some more info on the sheevaplug:
