Не работает vzmigrate [message #37252]

Нужно перенести с сервера 1 на сервер 2.
По ключу могу зайти на сервер 2.
Но при попытке выполнить vzmigrate получаю следующее

vzmigrate --online <ip> 253
OPT:--online
OPT:<ip>
Starting online migration of CT 253 to <ip>
Error: Can't connect to destination address using public key
Error: Please put your public key to destination node

Что это может быть?

чтобы не создавать новую тему: столкнулся со следующей ошибкой

# vzmigrate -v --online <IP> 9999
OPT:-v
OPT:--online
OPT:<IP>
Starting online migration of CT 9999 to <IP>
OpenVZ is running...
    Loading /etc/vz/vz.conf and /etc/vz/conf/9999.conf files
    Check IPs on destination node: <IP>
Preparing remote node
    Copying config file
9999.conf                                                           100% 1745     1.7KB/s   00:00
Saved parameters for VE 9999
    Creating remote container root dir
    Creating remote container private dir
Initializing remote quota
    Quota init
    Turning remote quota on
Syncing private
Live migrating container...
    Suspending container
Setting up checkpoint...
        suspend...
        get context...
Checkpointing completed succesfully
    Dumping container
Setting up checkpoint...
        join context..
        dump...
Can not dump container: Invalid argument
Error: d_path is invisible /dev
Checkpointing failed
Error:  Failed to dump container
Resuming...

с чем может быть связано? или в каком направлении копать? Просто миграция (без --online) проходит отлично.
