Okay, a few questions:
a) How to limit CPU's to MHz?
I want to limit a server to MHz, such as 500 or 2500 MHz.
Also, I want to specify the amount of cores
b) Burstable memory?
I want to give people a guaranteed amount of RAM, and burstable RAM incase the host has any left.
c) Bandwidth
How would I see how much GB of bandwidth a VPS has used for a month?
