hey everyone. i was directed here from the HyperVM forums as this seems to be a problem related to OpenVZ kernel. anyways i keep getting this error and don't seem to have an idea on how to fix this

Alert: Could Not Start Vps, Reason: vzquota : (error) Quota getstat syscall for id 140: Inappropriate ioctl for device: vzquota init failed [3]:

any reason?
