We want to setup VPN. Can anyone guide how to enable TUN/TAP device for VPS?

Is it supported by openvz?

Some questions to that:
Is it possible to use TUN/TAP from different VEs at the same time?
Is it a safety problem, that each VE need access to the (same?) Device /dev/net/tun (c:10:200:rw)?

Yes and no; AFAIK the tuntap driver is virtualized (the same goes for fuse).
