Can you please explain in more details what you want to have? From your post I can't understand how you plan to use load balancing and for what reason.

Usually, load balancing is used when your machine is not powerful enough to handle requests. Please, note, that OpenVZ/Virtuozzo is serving another goal - to utilize the spare resources, i.e. consolidate servers into one piece of the hardware.
