Just test with kernel-smp-2.6.18-ovz028stab056.1.x86_64.rpm from http://wiki.openvz.org/Download/kernel/2.6.18/028stab056.1
and it has same problem. One more hint is that it seems to relate to gnome-gfs. The reason is, I tried completely replace nautilus in gnome by using another file manager (even not loading the dekstop background so nautilus has never been started) and problem still persists. So I guess if I run nautlus not in gnome ; nautilus initialises gnome-gfs anyway (?) whihc made me think it is nautilus ..
For now I am forced to use xfce and file manager is thunar to avoid the tedious process log out, Ctrl+Alt+F2 to enable console login and unmount the thing and relogin.
I swear that if it does not happen with fedroa 11 whihc I am going to test, I will switch to fedora 11
update:
And kernel ovzkernel-2.6.18-128.2.1.el5.028stab064.7.x86_64.rpm is unbootable, it hangs in the boot process and bomb out with OOM message: Out of memory and no killable process!
