Hello I am trying to launch ejabberd into an VPS container but I can't get more than 1000 simmultaneous connections after what ejabberd dies...i tried to modify VPS parametrs, increased different parametrs but after that ejabberd didn't launch. If needed I can provide the configuration of the VPS.
My kernel is 2.6.26-2-openvz-amd64
vzctl version 3.0.23-1dso1

Examine /proc/user_beancounters output.
Are there any failcounters there?
Is there any error messages in logs?
Please try to describe the error that you get in great detail.
