Burst.net IP address not staying alive(online) [message #37172]

I just purchase a new block of ip address, but the when I create a container the IP address is not staying alive (pingable).

Anyone know what could be the problem? Or can possible help me fix this issue. Please contact me I will pay for this service if I have to.
