Help Me Please my /boot filesystem Full

Am Use Openvz install on centos5 64bit

I want update centos by yum update but

Error Summary
-------------
Disk Requirements:
  At least 56MB needed on the /boot filesystem.

Hi,

as workaround ... you can move the vmlinux-... file (the big one) to a disk/share with more space, symlink it ... and remove the unused initrd ... and update your system.

now am move vm to / an yum update ok

but i have manny file in /boot i want remove the unused File am newbie on unix
