One more important thing!
In the new version of vzctl (3.0.10) file layout is changed:

/etc/sysconfig/vz-scripts -> /etc/vz/conf
/etc/sysconfig/vz-scripts/dists -> /etc/vz/dists
/etc/sysconfig/vz -> /etc/vz/vz.conf

So, to use old VPS's with new vzctl you must move directories
appropriately!

In RPM release it's handled automatically!
