Das mit den DiskINodes ist eine gute Idee!

Poste mal den Output von

vzcfgvalidate /etc/vz/conf/VEID.conf

deiner VPS mit den Problemen
oder

cat /proc/user_beancounters

Dadurch sieht man, wo die Failcounter angeschlagen haben.
