OpenVZ does not require any special CPU features (hardware virtualization, etc.) so there's no reason it wouldn't work on a new Nehalem based CPU.

what it is best of this 2

Quad Processor Hex Core Intel 7450 - 2.40GHz (Dunnington) - 6 x 9MB / 12MB cache

or

Dual Processor Quad Core Xeon 5570 - 2.93GHz (Nehalem) - 2 x 8MB cache w/HT
