Ok, thanks finist.
I guess it wouldn't do me much good as I'd need the server split into two containers and both of them having cpanel on them.
It would be too much for my level of knowledge to do. And it would require a different cPanel license as they got dedicated and vps licenses separately.

I know this is OpenVZ forum but as a last shot I was wondering if there is any other way for me to get what I need. To isolate the CPU usage of two cpanel accounts.
