hi every one,
from yesterdays i have kernel panic every few hours ..
i stop all vpses and run ram test and it eat all ram and swap but without crash the server
and after that make hdd test and the load jump up to 80 and eat all cpu but not crash the server too
if i start the vpses after the tests finish .. the kernel panic with load average 4 ~12 only !
i reinstall the system and try again but it panic again 
does any one know why please ?
i attach the panic message i got from kvm ..
if any one need any data fill free to ask please

my system is centos on Server Quad Core/8GB
and i work with last stable kernel 2.6.18-128.1.1.el5.028stab062.3 #1 SMP Sun May 10 18:54:51 MSD 2009 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Could you please clarify a bit: did you try exactly 'memtest86' or some other memtester? 'memtest86' is highly appreciated because it runs bare metal, without any OS loaded and thus can check ALL the memory unlike other userspace memory testers.
