Hi,
well, i did not try it and cannot say for sure, so here are only my thoughts:
* i checked its site and now i'm under impression that Openfiler has its own kernel and thus cannot be run out of the box on both a OpenVZ Hardware Node and inside a CT, but
* i do not know the changes of the Openfiler kernel (comparing to the stock kernel) and probably these changes are not so big and can be applied by yourself to OpenVZ kernel with later recompilation. This might work or not depending on what changes there are. Someone just need to check this.
