Hi,

When I try to have access way SSH, it delay a little and asks for to the Login and password. I place the password and it delay sufficient of to legalize! If I to enter for the SSH in the main IP of the server, it it has access normal and well fast. I limited the VPS in 256MB of RAM and 15% of the processor (2.4GHz)

this usually happens when unaccessiable DNS server is written in /etc/resolv.conf
check the line starting from 'nameserver'

Can you strace sshd from the host and take a look on what does it do and what it is waiting for?

run `strace` command. Something like:
strace -ff -o strace.out ssh root@VPS_IP

I also use `ssh -v root@VPS_IP` and `tcpdump` commands for network issues debugging.
