hello i get problem on my server then restart the iptables

get the error

[root@server ~]# /etc/init.d/iptables restart
Flushing firewall rules: [ OK ]
Setting chains to policy ACCEPT: mangle nat filter [ OK ]
Unloading iptables modules: [FAILED]

please help me to fixed the problem
