Hi !

I cann`t mount loop device

 mount -t ext3 -o loop /tmp/file /mnt/
mount: no permission to look at /dev/loop#

uname -a
Linux localhost.localdomain 2.6.18-92.1.18.el5.028stab060.8 #1 SMP Mon Feb 9 22:19:55 MSK 2009 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

Have you created loop* devices inside VE?

# vzctl set 101 --devnodes loop0:rw

could you also show the strace output of the command?
