Hallo, I'm has faced such problem
How it is possible to make so that processes which are carried out on VDS were invisible on most node?
1. It confuse.
2. It disturbs to work of some init.d scripts

Hiding VEs' processes totally would be a great security hole. So, you have to separate it.
Parallels Virtuozzo Containers (a commercial version of OpenVZ) provides such functionality. Unfortunately, I don't know if there is anything implemented in OpenVZ. But, if you have to separate processes in your init scripts, you'd better implement not very complicated things by hands.
