Hi

I am trying to do a new install of openvz on a centos5.3 server. I have installed

ovzkernel.i686 2.6.188-92.1.18.el5.028stab060.8

When i reboot into openvz i get an error when starting networking

e1000e device eth0 does not seem to be found

ifconfig shows only the loopback interface
lsmod showed that e1000e is loaded.
modprobe.conf shows "alias eth0 e1000e"
dmesg | grep eth0 gave zero output
modprobe -r eth0 and then modprobe eth0 with no success

i have attached output of dmesg, lspci and lspci -n

as always help greatly appreciated.

Regards

Shaun
