Hi,

We are facing issue with one of our VPS on main node.

We are trying to stop this VPS from HyperVM and its giving error on Hypervm as "Can't stop VE"

Also we did checked logs on node and following.

09:10 Apr/09/2009: 33: unable to change dir to /vz/root/3670: No such file or directory
unable to change dir to /vz/root/3670: No such file or directory

So how can I add the VPS ID in /vz/root/?

Please update us if any solution on this.

Regards
Sachin

Hi,

we need to find out if it is an OpenVZ or HyperVM problem.
Try to stop your VE via vzctl utility, i.e. "vzctl stop $VEID", where $VEID - is the number of your VE.
