Hi,
my problem is that net-snmp die in VE. On the same HE there are several VE and each of them is (was to) being managed through snmp.

Snmpd generally starts and goes, but afer a while it dies:

VDesktop snmp # snmpd -c /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf -f
Floating point exception

It always dies when its asked - it replies, but randomly fails with the message.

The failure occurs on several VEs, randomly, each of them is mostly similar.

Kernel:
2.6.18-028stab056-2 (custom, config included).

I use Gentoo and net-snmp version is 5.4.2.1.

Snmpd.conf:

rouser user auth
rocommunity ****
proc /usr/sbin/sshd
disk / 2G
load 2 1 1

Is this kernel failure or mine? how to debug this further?

Thanks, Janusz.
