"private VE" communication across machines [message #35268] Thu, 12 March 2009 22:03 Go to next message

I installed OpenVZ (on Fedora 9), and am able to create "private VEs" that use NAT to access the LAN. Works great!

I'd like to install VZ on second machine, and enable VEs to communicate across machines, yet still be private w.r.t. the rest of the LAN. E.g., allow VE1 on machine A to connect to VE2 on machine B.

What are my options for enabling this?

Thanks,
Thomas

Does the following scenario make sense with your network configuration?
On the HN A:
# ip r add $VE_IP via $IP_B
