I was able to get the vtonf control panel working and it is running very smooth.

My question is do I know need to install the full OS into my VPS?

Or do I just install the GUI into them, if that is the case what are the steps?

Then main question is what do you want from containers?

You can running X applications inside VE.

what i do is, using VTONF, i create a VE with FEDORA CORE 8 and there i install the KDE, i login via VNC viewer , and works great!
