Hi,

If I have two NIC's on a host, eth0 and eth1, is it possible to create two venet devices on a guest? venet0 and venet1?

Im looking to resurrect my SmoothWALL project, and if anyone wants to take the .tar.gz I've put together and refine it then great!

Hello,

you cannot create venet1 interface.
You can add several ip addresses to VE. In this case several aliases should appear inside VE.
But you can use veth interface i.e. create eth0 and eth1 interfaces inside VE and then unite the first veth interface with eth0 into one bridge and the second with eth1 on the HN.
