Hi all,
I have two servers (svr02 and svr07) with OpenVZ systems and both have cpanel / WHM installed outside containers.
1. Dual Xeon Quad-core (8 Processors) with 12gb RAM:
Linux svr02 2.6.18-92.1.1.el5.028stab057.2ent #1 SMP Mon Jul 21 21:48:02 MSD 2008 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

2. Quad Xeon Quad-core (16 Processors) with 12gb RAM:
Linux svr07 2.6.9-023stab048.4-enterprise #1 SMP Fri Jul 11 20:18:05 MSD 2008 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

When the crontab runs the script cpbackup (to create backups of accounts outside VPS) my server svr07 get high load average in 12.0 10.0 9.0 and all containers are without work without access ssh, web, email etc..

Someone went through this problem? How I do to solve this?

Thanks in advance.
