Same problem but fixed with additional device random

vzctl exec VEID /sbin/MAKEDEV urandom
vzctl exec VEID /sbin/MAKEDEV random

In this template are both devices missed.
VE created based on centos-5-x86_64-default-5.2-20081210

Bug generated in Bugzilla.
