Hello,

are you sure that it is OpenVZ specific problem.
I found several pages with the same problem:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/vmware-server/+bug /294978
http://communities.vmware.com/message/1059744;jsessionid=787 890E2A3822EE331A40847183695EB
http://communities.vmware.com/thread/171967

These issues are connected with kernels versions above 2.6.26 (or somewhere around that).

Do you have a chance to check the native 2.6.18-92.1.13.el5 kernel which OpenVZ kernel is based on?

No, I don't have the chance right now. The include file that the vsock module is looking for are there, but some definitions are missing from it for some reason...
