Hello,

I am a bit confused on how to set resource limit's. I have been looking at the sample config file available in etc/vz/config with no luck.

Baiscally we need to create the following config files;

128 Guar Mem
256 Burst Mem
10GB HDD
1TB Bandwidth

256 Guar Mem
512 Burst
20GB HDD
1TB Bandwidth

512 Guar Mem
1024 Burst
30GB HDD
1TB Bandwidth

How do you working out the correct figures to enter into custom config files (the maths formula)

Thanks!
Zack.

There is no OpenVZ specific tools to set particular amount of traffic allowed to container. So, it is up to you which utility to use.
