Should iptables logging work within a container.

I can see the logging work via dmesg but cant seem to redirect this output to a file in anyway.

I have made the changes as listed at http://kb.parallels.com/en/875 so that all the modules are loaded - just the logging doesnt appear to work to anything except dmesg.

Does anyone know how to redirect dmesg to a file?

Hello,


you should start klogd inside container.
Just because of the performance needs the ability to run klogd inside CT from inside /etc/init.d/syslog script was eliminated.
