The node has 32GB of RAM and I created swapspace of 64 GB.
vzstat shows [fail] with this size of swap.
So I set swapspace to 48GB (1,5 times of RAM), vzstat shows [crit].
my question: What is the maximum swap size vzstat can handle correctly in VZ?

p.s. If it can help... kernel: 2.6.9-023stab048.4-enterprise
cat /proc/meminfo

SwapTotal: 65537156 kB
SwapFree: 65537156 kB

Any help is appreciated greatly.

I don't know the limit but you don't need 64gb of swap for a server with 32gb of ram. Over the 3gb of ram you don't need the double of swap space, that rule its broken after the 3gb of total physical ram.
