An application inside the VE is not working properly, so I decided to check the beancounters and this is what I saw:
http://i33.tinypic.com/210kgpj.png
My current setting is based on the "vps.basic" configuration file, so this is what I have for TCP send/recv buffer size:
TCPSNDBUF="1720320:2703360"
TCPRCVBUF="1720320:2703360"
Since I have about 8 fail count in the short time I was using my VE, should I increase this limit or ignore it because this is normal?
Btw, are these limit in kilobytes or bytes or some other units?

bytes.

Impossible to answer - really depends on applications and their load.
The best way is to raise limits very high and monitor the usage for 1-2 days and set max reached value + 10-20%.
