How to sync vz user quotas? [message #32837]

Kernel: 2.6.24-ovz004.1

We are using user quotas, and one of the accounts has the quota out of sync (it is using 4GB and "quota" says it is using 8GB).

Is there a way to sync? I've tried quotacheck but it doesn't seem to work.

Ps: We've done find / -id UID and did not find any files that would belong to this user at other locations so we are sure he is just using 4GB
