Hello,

please, clarify your experiment a bit:
1) which host OS do you use?
2) which kernel can you use normally?
3) output of:
# rpm -qa --queryformat "%{name} %{version} %{release} %{arch}\n" | grep kernel

If you'll see 2 entries for ovz kernel - one 32 bit and one 64bit, then please, remove 32bit version kernel and reinstall 64bit ovz kernel manually - this hopefully will fix the issue.

if not:
4) complete bootlogs for the native kernel which boots ok
5) `lspci`, `lspci -n`
6) boot loader config
7) `mount`
Cool preferably we'll need the complete logs of ovz kernel booting - you can get it with serial console (you can find info on our wiki), but we can try to findout something if you send us at least a picture of the screen with hanged ovz kernel.

Thank you.

If your problem is solved - please, report it!
It's even more important than reporting the problem itself...
