Thanks for the response.

The VEID is not running and is thus not in /proc/user_beancounters (no way to check failcnt).

[root@kool ~]# grep 124069 /proc/user_beancounters
[root@kool ~]#

ulimit on HN is unlimited.

[root@kool ~]# ulimit
unlimited

what triggers this error exactly?
