Hi,

to answer your question you need to specify what do exactly you want to do.

If you want to remove ostemplate cache please have a look inside /vz/template/cache/ directory. You can easily remove ostemplate cache from that directory.

If you wand to remove ostemplate metadata. At first, make sure that you have something installed: 
rpm -qa | grep vztmpl

Then you can remove appropriate package with "rpm -e" command.
