I've moved a netwotk adpater to a vps like the user's guide explain it.

But I don't know how to configure this device on the vps now ...

I've a debian etch and the explanation in the user's guide seems to be for a redhat.

I've merely create on the CT the file /etc/network/interfaces.template
as is it indicated in the file
/etc/network/interfaces.

The device eth<i> is automatically mounted ...

Is it the good thing to do ? It seems to works ...
