Hi everyone,

There´s a question with regard to vzdump - current version -, which I need to ask.
I backup my VEs with vzdump which often works fine. The problem is that vzdump sometimes failes due to vanishing files which leads to an aborted backup. The weird thing is that in most cases vanishing files do not lead to this failure. By the way the vanishing files are caused by some mails in the queue, so its normal that they vanish.

Here´s the error-code:

rsync error: some files could not be transferred (code 23) at main.c(977) [sender=2.6.9]
ERROR: creating backup for VPS 210 failed (6.75 minutes): command '/usr/bin/rsync -aH --delete /vz/private/210 /root/backup/backups/fawkesvz/tmp12654' failed with exit code 23 at /usr/bin/vzdump line 290.

Does anyone know how to fix that? I need a workaround as I´m backing every up by using cron-jobs regulary.

Greetings

Norman
