I'm rather new to the openvz project, so forgive me if I missed something obvious.

I do not use an RPM based distribution so I am trying to apply the patch-026test012-combined to a vanilla kernel.

Running the command; patch -p1 < ../patch-026test012-combined inside my kernel directory. I get a LOT of "Reversed (or previously applied) patch detected! Assume -R? [n]" messages. If I respond "y" I would say 90% of the files patch successfully, but occasionally I get some "Hunk #123 FAILED" errors.

I've tried this patch using kernel 2.6.16.15 and 2.6.16.16 with the same result.

Does anyone have any suggestions how I might be able to patch without any errors?
