Dear Friends,
I have Plesk installed on RHEL , i want to install OpenVZ will it make a
difference in the installation or post installation.
Or i need to shut that down before/after installation.
Also what is hardware nod, is it the main server which contains all the VPS.
Can i run all the services likee ftpd,sshd ,httpd etc on the hardware node.

Hello.
They recommend to install OpenVZ on a clean fresh install of linux.
Why do it other way?

It's a bad idea to install it on a Plesk server. One of the main benefits of
OpenVZ is that it allows you to move services to secure partitions isolated
from each other for security. If you are running Plesk outside of an OpenVZ VE
you will experience more security problems and the server is less likely to
remain stable.
