If you are asking if the kernel you gave the uname output for is an OpenVZ kernel, it doesn't appear so. It was built by someone from the CentOS project and they do not supply OpenVZ kernels that I know of.

Assuming you are the root user of the hardware node and you have an OpenVZ kernel installed, check the /etc/grub.conf file to see be sure that the OpenVZ kernel is the boot default... or if you have physical access, choose the desired kernel from the grub menu at boot.
