Hello, i am starting with openvz, i installed it in a Gentoo Server, and i have to configure the vps with the two physics networks device that i have in my server, by default the vps(Debian) get the venet0:0 for the LAN (192.168.22.0) but i have to activate the eth1 that have the ip public for my server, i tried with:

# vzctl set 101 --netdev_add eth1 --save
but it deactivate the eth1 card of my server, what other way can i try to actiavte this card?

Thanks

Hello,

could you please specify your task.
Do you want to assign a particular IP address to your VE?
Why don't you use
vzctl set VE_ID --ipadd x.x.x.x ?
