This VE used to start without problems, but now this happens:
Starting VE ...
VE is mounted
Adding IP address(es): 199.107.233.210 10.10.10.107

ERROR: Can't copy file /etc/hosts
VE start in progress...

... and networking doesn't start. This is a CentOS 5 host with:

ovzkernel-xen-2.6.18-53.1.19.el5.028stab053.14
vzquota-3.0.11-1
