yum remove ovzkernel  
yum install ovzkernel  
nano /etc/grub.conf  
default=0 
shutdown -r now 
/sbin/service vz start  
yum install vzpkg vzyum vzrpm43-python vzrpm44-python vzctl-lib
vzctl create 1 --ostemplate centos-4-i386-minimal
