If you provide enough information, we'll help you, but I this image... this doesn't come with a stock install of OpenVZ, it looks like a control panel. Aren't you confusing OpenVZ with Virtuozzo?

If it is hypervm, why don't you ask on the hypervm list or forum, or hypervm themselves?
