UPD Patch missing in Will Nowak repository for Ubuntu Hardy ? [message #30093]

I have setup OpenVZ in hardy following clues in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/210672
and therefore using Will Nowak repository.

But I am experiencing the issue with netstat:

# netstat -u
Active Internet connections (w/o servers)
Proto Recv-Q Send-Q Local Address           Foreign Address         State      
netstat: no support for `AF INET (udp)' on this system.

And /proc/net is incomplete, missing udp stuffs.
So, I wonder if http://git.openvz.org/?p=linux-2.6.24-openvz;a=commit;h=452b df6ea996f2e9e030822d87d9106bf33e0677
is missing from the kernel 2.6.24-17 provided by Will, and what to do next since I do not want to build the kernel myself. My goal is to use hardy to keep me updated using apt at the end.
Anyone having a better repository than Will ?

These commits were not in the latest patchset from OpenVZ and are therefore not yet in Ubuntu.

I've filed http://launchpad.net/bugs/230432 in Ubuntu to track this.
