Dear All

I checked my kernel's .config file.

I found CONFIG_NFSD=m.

But I start nfs server is failed.
Always tell me "nfsd[5962]: nfssvc: No such device"

I don't want to recomplie kernel again.

Did you have any suggest?

Thanks

vzctl version 3.0.22
ovzkernel version 2.6.18-53.1.13.el5.028stab053.10ent #1 SMP

Hi,

I'm afraid it's impossible to run Kernel NFS server inside VPS.

Currently OpenVZ kernel doesn't include kernel NFS server support. However you are still able to use user space NFS server inside container.

But I guess you can use user space NFS server.
