Hello,

Quote:

I installed kernel using yum.
After I installed PAE kernel and modified grub.conf bootloader option. It never comes up. Now it gives kernel panic. I have attached file for kernel panic.
PAE kernel never comes up. I can try asking datacenter to load the kernel with standard ovzkernel.

I'm sorry but I didn't catch you.
1. Did you try to install only PAE kernel? What kernels and how did you try to install it (the exact versions, please)?
2. What does it mean?

Does it give kernel panic during the boot time?
3. You didn't answer the following question.
Quote:

Did you get the same error with 2.6.18-53.1.6.el5.028stab053.6 kernel? I mean "No module it8213 found"

4.Could you possibly test your memory with memtest86+ if it is possible.

Do you want me to send you SSH login?

Yes, if it is possible.
